Alumni Transcripts

Alumni transcripts from the high school can be obtained by sending a request to the high school office that contains the following:

1) Your name while attending the high school
2) Years you attended
3) Whether you did or did not graduate
4) Your present name and mailing address
5) A $2.00 handling fee
6) Your signature
