Concrete work:

  • Continue building D green house footings and walls
  • Start Building F footings and walls
  • Start Building E footings

Steel work:

  • Continue steel erection and deck and detail at sequence 7, 8, 9
  • Start erection of sequence 13 and sequence 16


  • Finish drain and sewer
  • Start H2O
  • Start electrical conduit
  • Import structural fill

September 2012

  • Versa-Lok wall work and backfill continue
  • Cuts and fills at upper and lower Middleton fields
  • Backfill of high walls
  • Excavation and prep of buildings continue
  • Perimeter footings and gradebeams for buildings A, B, C, and D complete by end of September
  • Underground plumbing work to begin
  • Large crane now on site for steel erection









August 2012

  • Versa-Lok wall work continues
  • Drainage, sanitary and water utilities work continues
  • Light pole bases are installed with Versa-Lok
  • Excavation continues for shallow and column footings
  • High wall footings complete at Building A, B, and D
  • Prep work for water proofing begins

July 2012

  • Versa-Lok retaining wall work continues east to west
  • Subgrade prep work is completed for footings
  • Concrete is poured for shallow and high wall footings for Buildings A, B, and C
  • Site work and abatement containment starts on farmstead week of 7/23
