Environmental Science Parent meeting January 10th 2007 at Endicott Park in Danvers

We talked about the need for fund raising to defray the costs of the various trips that the kids take.

Selling coffee, calendars, T-shirts, vests, jackets, sweatshirts. and raffles as they come up.

We also want to solicit for corporate donations; Wendy Johnson will help with this.

We would like to get together an alumni list for future donation possibilities.

We would like to get enough money in the coffers to have scholarship money for kids that are in need.

We are in need of more parent support; we are looking for some to be the treasurer for the group.

Mark your calendars for the senior cookout on Sat. May 19th with all three years of students and parents invited. A fun time is had by all!!

The Nova Scotia trip for the juniors will be May 28 – June 2, The students will need to obtain a passport for this trip. An anonymos donation will be given towards a partial payment on each child’s passport . Hooray!!!

The raffle that was done on the parent night made $ 200 for the group, thank you all for your work and donation.

The next meeting will be held in Feb. Meetings are held the second wed. Of the month at 6:30 at Endicott Park in Danvers. We need your help to continue the good work.
